LEARNING DESIGN
Experience Builders has perfected simulation design over many
years. In EB simulations, learners are asked to play a role
and try to achieve a specific goal. For example, learners
might become a salesperson trying to sell solutions and services,
a manager trying to coach his employees, or an account executive
trying to negotiate the terms of a deal. Regardless of the task,
employees are given a chance to practice making the same types
of decisions they encounter on the job – in the same context.

Why is this particular style more effective than others? Learning
design, learning design, and learning design. For a simulation
to be effective, it must have these key elements…
When these elements are present, a learner is more engaged, retains
more, and learns how to make better decisions on the job. The
end result…more job satisfaction and better corporate performance.
Take an animated tour of one of our simulations to see our learning design in action.
