Solution: Experience Builders developed a set
of scenarios where learners could demonstrate their skills and
knowledge in the types of interpersonal situations they face every
week. The learners would be required to demonstrate not only that
they knew the material, but that they could apply it in the appropriate
context as well. This let them experiment with the new knowledge
and learn from their mistakes before there was a real legal or
marketing risk of doing so in front of actual customers.
Results: Client banks and other customers got
some risk-free practice opportunities prior to actual implementation.
The training company enhanced its product offerings with new simulation
capabilities.
